Abhi Anuket

Founder and GP



Abhinav Anuket is an entrepreneur, strategic investor and advisor with over 18 years of experience in Finance and Technology.

Abhi is a Wall Street trained finance and investments specialist. He has previously worked with global institutions such as Reuters (Thomson Reuters), ICAP, Barclays Investment Bank among others. He was also the Cofounder and Managing Partner of an international aerospace and defense accelerator in India with presence in 9 countries and a cross-border FinTech Accelerator prior to that.

Abhi Anuket currently serves as an Advisor and Mentor at academic institutions, accelerators and tech startups in the US and internationally. He currently also serves on the boards of Rutgers University in NJ, St Francis College in NY and SXSW in Austin, TX.

Abhi Anuket earned a Master of Science degree in Information Systems from Pace University, New York City in US and a Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, specializing in Finance and Investments from the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College of the City University of New York in US.

Jyoti M Anuket

Cofounder and Advisor



Mrs Jyoti Mistry Anuket is a 3rd generation entrepreneur and is a Director at her family owned Real Estate company. She cofounded Magnivia Ventures along with Abhi Anuket, and is responsible for creating the brand name 'Magnivia Ventures'.

Also, she has previously managed projects in the hospitality sector and has experience investing in hospitality and residential projects in the United States.

Jyoti Mistry Anuket holds an M.B.A. Degree in Marketing and Advertising and a MS Degree in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology (New York).

Philip Saidely

Venture Partner (VC)



Philip Saidely is a serial entrepreneur and has previously cofounded Pelican Community and Usher. Philip has worked for NGIA in Machine Learning and Geospatial Intelligence.

He is a former fellow of Score 3 Ventures and a Scout at Clearbanc.

Philip is responsible for managing investor relationships and supporting fund operations at Magnivia Ventures.

Pradiv Mahesh

Advisor, Consulting



Pradiv Mahesh brings over 20 years of experience in the Fintech industry. He started his career at Reuters (later Thomson Reuters) managing several teams across sales, relationship management, customer success, product development and marketing.

Pradiv then worked with a startup whose software was acquired by Omgeo (now DTCC) where he was responsible for building the global market for the solution.After Omgeo, Pradiv worked at SimCorp selling a front to back system to investment managers, pension funds and insurance companies. He then managed and sold risk, analytics and trading solutions at Quantifi. He was also a Sales Director at CAST software selling solutions to the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance vertical and SS&C in New York.

Pardon Mahesh is currently a Sales Leader at NASDAQ in New York. He has a Bachelors from Edith Cowan University in Australia and a MBA from Ancell School of Business, WCSU.

Jan Vorstermans

Advisor, VC and Consulting



Jan Vorstermans became part of the Magnivia Ventures family formally in 2015.

Jan received his M.Sc. in Engineering & Telecommunications in 1983 from the University of Ghent, Belgium. He spend most of his career with telecom companies in various positions. He has worked in technical, operational, commercial and general management functions for companies such as Siemens Belgium, Telindus (now part of Belgacom) and Nynex (now part of Verizon) for the most part in an international environment. After this, he spent 9 years at BT (British Telecom), where he held several positions with BT Belgium and as VP Global Network Operations for BT Global Services.

In 2003, Jan joined Telenet, first as Sr. Vice President Networks & Customer Operations and later as Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all technical and operational activities. At Telenet, Jan was a key driver of operational excellence and innovation, and was heavily involved in the M&A activities and in the 2005 IPO. Jan founded Qunova in 2012, an investment boutique focused on early stage technology start-ups. He left Telenet in 2013 to join Qunova full-time as Managing Director.

Soren Haagensen

Advisor, VC and Consulting



Soren Haagensen is a COO at Trading.com, a FinTech company based in NYC. Soren Haagensen has over 20 years experience in the FX space (financial services), covering risk management, trading management, compliance issues and IT project management for Trading Systems.

He has several years of experience Trading spot and forwards, both from a market making and a proprietary perspective. 

As head of E-commerce, Americas for Societe Generale, Mr Haagensen used to oversee system implementations and is committed to developing platforms for a better client experience. This includes all aspects of sales and trading electronically as well as addressing connectivity challenges.

Keith Augustyn

Advisor, Consulting



Keith Augustyn is an advisor to Paragon Fund Services. Keith joined FactSet Research Systems as a Vice President in 2007 to build the FactSet Fundamentals product and global content operation. He created overseas operations in India spearheaded the idea and execution of FactSet’s subsidiary in the Philippines conceptualized and built shared service centers for global document acquisition and language translation. Promoted to Director, he then created a new start-up Fundamentals offering focused on deep industry data including management of the Revere acquisition.

Prior to this role, he was a Director at Capital IQ, a division of Standard & Poor’s Global Market Intelligence for 3 years. At Capital IQ, he was responsible for global Fundamental data strategy and content operations and in parallel, he developed and executed on an overseas start-up becoming the Country Manager of Capital IQ, Philippines. In the two years prior to Capital IQ, Keith was a Vice President with Thomson Financial in charge of merging four key Fundamental data set acquisitions including WorldScope. Prior experience in Investment Banking as a Sell-side Equity Analyst with Merrill Lynch as well as an analyst at Bloomberg. He received a B.S. in Accounting from Rider University.

Roman Zhukov

Advisor, VC and Consulting



Roman Zhukov is the Founder and CEO of ETNA - a financial technology company that provides white label online trading solutions to broker dealers, trading firms, robo advisors and FinTech startups.

Leveraging his technical background, business acumen and deep industry expertise Roman strategically advises ETNA's clients and partners.

Roman is a serial entrepreneur with more than 22 years experience in software development and over 17 years experience in financial technology.

Throughout his career Roman was leading the efforts to build multiple award winning online trading platforms.

At Magnivia, Roman Zhukov advises upon FintTech and Enterprise SaaS opportunities.
